We at Eupora believe that the well-being of stakeholders, more than just their welfare, should be an integrated part of any state-of-the-art corporate and HR mission statement.
As one of the first EAP-providers (Employee Assistance Program) on the Belgian market, Eupora has also developed other ‘work-life-balance’-services to support companies – on a curative and preventative level – in reconciling their economic and social interests in a realistic way. This way we assist our customers to position themselves as a progressive, socially sensitive and unique employer, while we support them at the same time to reduce sickleave and employee turnover and to improve motivation and productivity.
At the moment Eupora mostly serves multinational companies in Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and French-speaking Switzerland.
