RESULTS Survey: What kind of importance do companies attach to the well-being of their employees?

In January 2011 Eupora will conduct a survey that will address the importance companies attach to the well-being of their employees, the initiatives they take within this scope and the effectiveness of these initiatives. The survey will be conducted among all Belgian companies with a headcount exceeding 500 employees. The results of this survey have been published in HR Magazine and Metro.

Research In Motion (RIM): new customer for Eupora

As of January 1st 2011, Eupora provides an Employee Assistance Program to RIM's offices in Belgium, the Netherlands and France. RIM is the manufacturer of the well-known Blackberry.

Eupora launches EUPORAMA!

In 2011 Eupora launches a quarterly newsletter for its customers, called "Euporama". Each edition will address a specific theme, which can be work related of personal. All topics will be discussed in a clear and accessible way.
One month after the distribution of each new edition amongst the employees of all Eupora customers, Euporama will be published on the Eupora website.

Eupora supports 'Corporacion Proyectarte' in Medellin

"Proyectarte" is a Columbian organization supporting children and youngsters confronted with violence and exclusion. The organization makes privileged use of art as a channel to build resilience and as encouragement to elaborate their life projects.

The annual European EAP-conference

In cooperation with the EAEF (Employee Assistance European Forum), Eupora Counseling Services organised the annual European EAP-conference. The conference was held in Brussels on the 17th and 18th June 2010.

CLA 100

Under the Collective Labour Agreement 100, it becomes mandatory for Belgian companies to implement an alcohol and drug policy in their organization as of April 1st 2010. Eupora Counseling Services supports customers to comply with CLA 100 both by assisting them in developing company policy as by offering preventative and curative programs.
