OUR VISION AND MISSION


VISION: Well-being of stakeholders as social-economic responsibility

That our World keeps on changing is no surprise. However, the speed with which these changes occur, is increasing every day. This results in extra pressure, especially for companies and their employees.
We from Eupora are convinced that the work pressure in our companies can not endlessly continue to rise. There are limits to what an organisation or an individual can handle. We believe the social responsibility of companies/organisations goes further than merely generating wel-fare for their employees. Also improving the well-being of stakeholders should, in our vision, be an essential part of a any state-of-the-art corporate and HR mission statement.
 
 
MISSION: “Your well-being is our challenge”

We want to serve companies and organisations that define social responsibility and the well-being of stakeholders as an explicit part of their strategy. We want to convince other organisations to do the same. From the EAP as core service, Eupora also developed other ‘work-life-balance’-programs to support these companies – on a curative and preventative level – in reconciling their economic and social interests in a realistic way.
